Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) are organisms such as plants and animals that undergo unnatural genetic changes in order to produce a man made result.

Many sources, such as an analysis of 24 different studies on the effects that GMOs have on animals, carried out by Snell et al, give evidence that GMOs are not harmful. However, many researchers are not convinced of this. Much of this controversy stems from the fact that no epidemiological studies have been carried out on humans to test the effects of GMOs.

Overpopulation is the function of numbers compared to the amount of resources available. It can occur due to an increase of birth rates, a decrease in mortality rates, or a decease in resources.

  1. It's probably good to cite sources, even if you just wrote the information down from memory. You learned that information from somewhere, so you should give credit where credit is due (if possible).

  2. I'm sure you've already covered this or maybe it hasn't been posted yet, but I think it would help to include what both countries are actually doing - to show all sides of the issue of GMO use in the US and Spain and have a bigger picture of the issue as a whole. Also to have a point of comparison to which the public opinions can be evaluated.

  3. The information is quite nice in the whole blog and it look's great too. Maybe do not put the titles in blue with a blue background, and maybe the USA results my be put into graphs so that the readers can compare the opinions easily with graphs.
    However, overall it's really good!
